Armed with more than 1400 works, with over 650 artists represented, and over 3500 books, editions and artist multiples, the Frac, since its opening, has remained attentive, through its acquisitions, to the multiplicity of forms of artistic research. Through different artistic directions the Frac has taken, large sets have formed revolving around photography, film, drawing and the artist book. But paintings and three-dimensional works are also well-represented, making it possible to contemplate very open lines of research in connection with the collection, as well as a wide range of deployments.
